7). Public deed signature

The Company, through the Processing and Portfolio Area, will inform you in writing of the notary's office, the date and time assigned, within the contractually foreseen terms for the appearance at the signing of the public deed of transfer of the property.

Keep in mind that to be able to sign the deed, you must be in peace and safe for all reasons and, only in Cundinamarca, have processed the respective authorization that allows you to appear at the notary on the day and time set. For businesses with mortgage credit and / or subsidy, you must sign a guarantee (blank promissory note with letter of instruction) for the balance owed until the disbursement date.
