6). Assignment of contracts
-
In the event that once the fiduciary order or the promise of sale has been signed, the holder decides to assign his position to a third party, an assignment contract must be signed with the prior approval of the company promoting the project and the trustee, if applicable.
-
The assignments must be prior to the signing of the deed (approximately 4 months) and the same conditions of the trust or promise will be maintained.
-
The assignments have an administration cost that will be defined by the trustee or the management of each project (it is within the contractual document that legalizes the negotiation).
-
The client to whom you transfer, must present sufficient income to demonstrate the property's ability to pay, as well as a credit approval letter (if applicable).
-
You must be up to date on your payments to make the assignment.
